In 1984 I started with Crossroads Construction as an estimator. In 1990 I went to work for Western Industrial Contractors and continued to perform estimating and managed a variety of construction projects. Then an opportunity presented itself at the school district in 1992 to be a manager of maintenance. In 1995 I became the General Manager of Facility Services and have completed in excess of 120 million dollars of capital construction.
