Career Experience

At RDH I established and directed company-wide standards for the field services aspects of the projects. I also led a variety of investigative and condition assessment projects on several existing buildings in BC, Washington, Oregon, and even a few in California and New Zealand.

At Cascadia Windows, I am responsible for the overall management of the company. I am involved in all technical and business aspects of the company.

Cascadia Windows Ltd. is an industry leader in fiberglass construction products innovation. Cascadia specializes in windows, doors, and cladding support systems. Cascadia products are known for demonstrating energy efficient, durable, cutting edge technology.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • In the 1990s, the "Leaky Condo Crisis" in British Columbia identified that the building practices were not appropriate for the Westcoast Climate. I became dedicated to helping the industry design and implement sustainable building envelope systems.
