Career Experience

I worked in multi-national electronic manufacturing companies as Process and Test Engineer for 7 years. After that I was given an opportunity to lead the team of Engineers and Technicians responsible for calibration of digital temperature sensors and frequency oscillators. I joined LMI Technologies in Delta BC on 2014 and works with talented people who develop, manufacture and test 3D laser sensors. I also work part-time at Leisure Baths Ltd., the largest manufacturer of steam generator in Canada and I'm in charge of making circuit boards, managing customer board issues and innovating test tools.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • It's my passion to improve those things that are not user friendly, unsafe to people and harmful to environment. There are many solutions available right now that is cheap and effective based on latest technology. I like getting involve in every problem solving activity that I encounter. It feels great when you innovate things.

Career Highlights

  • Designed a circuit board tester and made the testing of steam generator circuit board more reliable and faster in Leisure Baths Ltd.
  • Reduced outgoing quality failure of 3D laser sensors product by 20% in LMI Technologies Inc.
  • Won 1st place innovation awards for creating a chemical recovery machine that reduces harmful emissions to environment in Maxim Integrated Inc.

  • I played guitar to a choral group in the past. I would love doing that again if I will be given an opportunity.
