Career Experience

At the start of my career, working for a large and well respect consulting firm, I conducted construction materials testing and reviews of restraint elements for seismic design upgrades. Later, I reviewed construction activities/materials, precast concrete products, and performed condition assessments on reinforced concrete structures, such as bridges. I also specialize in Quality Assurance/control (QA/QC) and have overseen rehabilitation/construction activities for multiple projects that are deemed as engineering marvels. I also develop quality management systems and perform audits. I am privileged to have worked on over 400 different projects, several of which as project manager. In my current position as Roads Superintendent, I manage and direct roadway construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance.
