Career Experience

1972-Installed my first sprinkler pipe.
1979 – Red Seal “Certificate of Qualification” for sprinkler and fire protection installer.
1995 – August 8 N.C.E.T. Level 4 Engineer technologies certificate for Fire Protection.
2008 – Registered Fire Protection Technician - Certificate of Registration for Fire Protection Technician.
2010 – Granted a Limited Licence with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientist of British Columbia.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • It became apparent from the start that my career was on the right track in this fast paced world of construction technology. The more technology sent my way the happier I was. Being able to learn and share this knowledge with my co-workers is where I felt most comfortable.

Career Highlights

  • President & C.E.O. of a residential sprinkler company serving the province of BC since 1990.
  • Installing the First Blazemaster Residential System in Ontario(1982)
  • Installing the first Viega Pex Pipe residential system in Canada (2012)
  • Experience and knowledge gained as a residential sprinkler comittee member with NFPA
  • Earning the limited Engineering status for Residential Fire Sprinklers.

  • -Board of Director with the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association
    -Technical committee representing Residential Sprinklers with the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association
