Career Experience

In 2003 I was the project manager and system designer of the first-ever intergovernmental sale of public safety services (9-1-1 and centralized fire dispatch) and this has lead to the development of the largest centralized fire/rescue dispatch and communications system in western Canada. In 2005 I accepted the senior management position as the Chief Communications Officer for the Prince George Fire Rescue Service.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • My technology career began with my interest in construction. After working for a few years in the construction fields, I realized that not only did I enjoy hands on construction but I was very interested in logistics behind how things were built.
