Bruce Stevens, AScT
My engineering and technical consulting career has spanned more than 40 years. Initially in roles as inspector and designer, I soon found my real passion in planning and organization. This led to project coordination and finally full management responsibility of multi discipline project teams. In 1992 I achieved partnership in Reid Crowther and acted as a senior project manager until leaving the industry in 2004. Now as a specialist consultant I provide project management, and technical / business consulting services to my clients.
Why I Became A Technology Professional
- A year in construction convinced me. Math and science were always of interest and I really enjoyed being part of creating and building. Seeing this my project manager convinced me that the Civil Engineering program at BCIT was an excellent choice.
