Career Experience

Like my father I came up through the ranks starting as a Surveyor’s Aide building highways then moved on as an Engineering Technologist with the District of Pitt Meadows. It was at the North Okanagan Regional District where I really proved my worth eventually leading the organization as their Administrator. Being Strathcona Regional District’s first full time CAO was a great experience.

Currently, I am privileged to lead a great team of local government professionals at the RDCO in Kelowna.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • Oddly, I recall my father’s military stories of how his unit would design & build a bridge one week only to plan how to best blow it up the next. His passion and technical expertise inspired me to be who I am today.
