Career Experience

In recent years, I have had the great opportunity to manage two Information Technology departments within the RCMP, exposing me to a number of new applications, databases, and information systems. To help strengthen management skills, I completed an Executive MBA through Athabasca University; constant learning has been part of my technology journey. I am also proud to be an early adopter of the ASTTBC Registered Technology Manager (RTMgr) professional designation.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • I first took electronics classes in high school. My dad was an electrician, had the ability to fix anything, and I had no shortage of parts to build whatever I could dream; his patience and skill made him one of the best mentors a tech could have.
