Bill Baglot, GradTech
21 years as a tradesman and technical controls and air balancing specialist, and 2 years as an educator. During that time I’ve worked as an owner, service manager, production manager, and a variety of other positions. Since completing my training at BCIT I have worked as a project manager and now work as a divisional manager for my current employer.
Why I Became A Technology Professional
- My grandfather introduced me to steam boilers when I was 12, so anytime he fell ill, I worked on them after school. That led to discovering my aptitude for repairing, and later designing and building, mechanical systems. Becoming a technologist allows me to do both.
