Career Experience

My two co-op work terms were with Ministry of Environment in Nanaimo, and Environment Canada in North Vancouver. After graduation, I worked two short contracts with Ministry of Environment and City of Parksville. Then I worked for AGRA Earth & Environmental (Engineering) for 5 years. Now, I've been employed with the Regional District of Nanaimo for over 9 years.

Why I Became A Technology Professional

  • I took a 2-year technology diploma program at Okanagan College before it was merged with UBC. Honestly, it was a shorter and cheaper alternative to getting a 4-year degree. I've been working in the industry for 13 years now, and I love it.
